KATE’S STORY
This work came from lived experience.
I know what it’s like to be doing everything right and still feel like something is working against you. I’ve navigated MS personally. I’ve experienced the frustration of normal blood work and very real symptoms. I know what it’s like to be dismissed.
That experience shaped the way I approach this work. I don’t see symptoms as the problem. I see them as the signal. There is always something underneath worth looking at, and my job is to help find it.
I came to NLP and clinical hypnosis because they go where other approaches don’t. Subconscious pattern work isn’t about positive thinking or better habits. It’s about changing the conditions that create those patterns in the first place. That’s what lasts.
I’m also the author of Standing Somewhere New, a speaker, and the host of the Burlington NLP & Personal Change Meetup. The through-line in all of it: helping people understand what’s actually going on beneath the surface, and then doing something about it.
“The subconscious and nervous system are not the whole story. But they are often the missing piece. And without addressing what’s running underneath, everything else is harder than it needs to be.”

About Kate
I help solve people puzzles.
I know what it’s like to be doing everything right and still feel like your body and your life are working against you. I’ve been there. That experience is part of why this work matters so much to me.
I’m a Master NLP Practitioner and Certified Hypnotist. I work with the subconscious patterns and nervous system responses that keep intelligent, capable women stuck, even when they know exactly what to do.
